Well, the last few days at our hotel have been pretty busy; and thats thanks to the Winterlude festival that Officially kicked of yesterday (I think. I was stuck at work so I dont know for sure....and I really dont care as much as I pretend to). Anyways, busy.

When I came in to relieve the 3-11 shift girl, she tells me that a guest on the third floor (she doesn't know which room exactly, but she could tell he came from the third floor based on how long the elevator took coming down) told her he wasn't "100% satisfied because he hadn't had sex." IRATE guest about the way her bed is situated in her room. I don't have any idea which way the beds face in room. She yelled at me and kept going on and on about how she reserved 537 and then she wanted to be in 442 and all these room numbers.
